HealthNation connects members 24 hours, 7 days a week through telemedicine via telephone and email with U.S. based, licensed physicians who have independently contracted to be participating providers in our network. It is a convenient and affordable alternative that increases access to physician care, while lowering healthcare costs. We provide access to physicians for telephone, video or secure email consultations. The services offered during a consultation can range from providing general medical information (an Informational Consultation) to taking history, reviewing electronic medical records, evaluating conditions, making diagnoses, recommending treatment, and prescribing medication, when appropriate (a Diagnostic Consultation).
